After a 3 year long competition across with stops in 8 states and compeitiors from all over the continent and world, Chef Mike won in Santa Barbara, Jersey City, was recognized in Italy, and won the North American Finals crowning him the #1 Gelato Chef in North America. Mike is the first American Born Champ and will represent the United States in the 2021 World Masters.
